Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a highly organized & results-driven Container Control & Detention Manager to oversee all container compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment and possess strong expertise in container management, logistics, international shipping, and inventory control. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

This position will be based in Lae, Morobe Province and will report to the National Logistics Manager.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration o related field.
• Previous experience in container compliance, detention management and inventory control.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Container tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
