Job Vacancy: Content Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Experience (CX) Team. This is a newly created role designed to elevate our brand voice, ensure content consistency, and amplify engagement across digital platforms. You will craft compelling copy for websites, LinkedIn, blogs, emails, and ads while collaborating with creative and digital teams to develop cohesive marketing campaigns. Reporting to the CX Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping NWTL’s narrative and driving customer engagement.

Job Interactions:

This role interacts with both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include Fone Haus, Trophy Haus and the larger Namba Wan Trophy Limited (NWTL) Group of Companies. External stakeholders include suppliers and printing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content for websites, LinkedIn, blogs, email campaigns, ads, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain Brand Guidelines to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Repurpose content for multi-channel use (e.g., adapting blog posts for social media, video scripts, or infographics).
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and digital marketers to storyboard visual content that aligns with written messaging.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps, improve SEO performance, and enhance user engagement.
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience developing Brand Guidelines and maintaining tone-of-voice consistency.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization tools a plus.
  • Ability to repurpose content creatively across platforms (web, social, video).
  • Strong collaboration skills able to work with designers, digital teams, and stakeholders.
