CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting contract administration activities, maintaining records, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual requirements,
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with Project teams to Monitor contract timelines, renewals and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up to date contract records, database, and filing systems for efficient document retrieval and audit readiness.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
- Understand project costing and quotation process to MTO. Assist tracking of cost, contract variations and claims management.
- Manage contract administration systems, including Axiapac and other company platforms.
- Document SPO to match with related projects and other contract activity for accurate records and audit readiness.
- Prepare and consolidate OTML claims and supporting documentation for billing as per OTML requirements.
- Ensure contract files and records are organised and maintained to support internal and external audits.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance and Accounts team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance contract administration processes and systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, certification in project management or related field.
- Previous experience in contract administration or similar administration role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
