Position Title: Corporate Hire Purchase (HP) Program Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Hire Purchase (HP) Program Executive to drive the growth of our corporate HP business across the Momase Region. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong networks in corporate, government, and SME sectors. You will be responsible for onboarding new HP customers, managing credit-based sales, and ensuring excellent account and credit management to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth of the Corporate HP program across Lae and the wider Momase Region
• Leverage existing networks to identify, qualify, and onboard HP customers
• Promote HP solutions for furniture, electronics, appliances, ICT equipment, and office fit-outs
• Achieve HP sales targets, portfolio growth, and collection performance objectives
• Manage corporate HP accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with Credit, Finance, and Operations teams for approvals and repayments
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and represent Courts PNG at corporate meetings and events
• Prepare quotations, HP proposals, contractual documentation, and maintain accurate reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years corporate sales, hire purchase, or credit-based sales experience
• Strong business network in the Momase Region
• Knowledge of credit approvals, repayments, and account management is highly desirable
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
• Valid PNG driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Momase Region
