Position Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Company: Carpenter Retail and Property Ltd T/A Courts

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to grow and manage corporate and institutional sales within the Momase Region. This role focuses on expanding Courts PNG’s corporate customer base by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions across furniture, electronics, appliances, and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of corporate and institutional customers in the Momase Region
  • Leverage existing business networks to identify, pursue, and close new corporate sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present corporate proposals, quotations, and tender responses
  • Achieve agreed corporate sales targets and revenue objectives
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls within Lae and surrounding provinces
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support corporate sales strategies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • 5-8 years' experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in corporate / B2B sales
  • Proven ability to manage key corporate or institutional accounts and close high-value deals
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, including identifying and converting new corporate opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience preparing corporate proposals, quotations, and tender responses
  • Sound understanding of pricing structures, credit procedures, and contract terms
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM systems
  • Valid PNG driver’s licence with willingness to travel within the Momase Region
