CreditBank PNG is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Corporate Services Manager, Facilities

The Corporate Services Manager – Facilities role will have primary responsibility for organising, controlling and co-ordinating the strategic and operational management of facilities under the management of Credit Corporation PNG Limited in Port Moresby and other branches.

The Corporate Services Manager – Facilities must ensure high service delivery, to all communal areas and facilities on the premises including but not limited to maintenance, cleaning, and security to create and ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and visitors. This role is based in Port Moresby and reports to the Head of Coporate Services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver facilities and support services to meet management expectations Ensure brand standards are maintained across facilities and staff presentation
  • Oversee maintenance, contractors, and service providers
  • Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and tracking systems
  • Control costs and identify ongoing cost-saving opportunities
  • Promote HSSE compliance and lead regular safety briefings
  • Supervise and support facilities, security, and service teams
  • Ensure security systems, protocols, and asset protection measures are operational
  • Coordinate staff performance, training, and onboarding
  • Provide after-hours support as required
  • Other duties as required by the Head of Corporate Services.

Requirements for the role

  • University Degree in Property Management, Business or equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a facilities management role
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Established working relations with external contractors and vendors
  • Excellent written and oral command of English
  • Team Player.
