About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Corporate Services Manager to play a key role in strengthening its operations across Papua New Guinea. This senior leadership position supports the Country Director and oversees key corporate functions, including IT, Facilities, Business Management, Logistics and Ministry Outreach. This is an opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role, influence organisational performance and contribute to an organisation making a difference in remote communities across PNG.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support departmental heads, building a culture of excellence and Christian values
• Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring and performance management, enabling teams to grow in capability and confidence.
• Support the Country Director in implementing strategic and operational priorities
• Overseeing programme and project management, ensuring efficient resource allocation, accountability and successful delivery.
• Provide reports, insights and recommendations to support senior leadership and Board decision.
• Supporting donor-funded programmes, monitoring progress, assess outcomes and ensure transparency and compliance.
• Partnering with Strategic Development teams regionally to assist with donor proposals, ongoing monitoring and project updates.
• Drive operational improvements through effective systems, processes and communication practices.
• Ensure sound governance, risk management, and organisational compliance standards are maintained.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a related or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior administration, management, executive support, or corporate services leadership role.
• Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional business support operations
• Experience in programme, project or operational management environments
• Exposure to donor -funded programmes, compliance frameworks, or community focused organisations will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and management information systems.
• Strong analytical organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship – building skills
