Position Vacancy – Counter Sales Representative (POM Based)

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our POM team. This role is the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, processing sales, and ensuring excellent service at the counter.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Maintain counter displays and ensure stock availability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to fulfill orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education, certificate or diploma in sales/marketing is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail, counter sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
• Knowledge of products in the automotive, industrial, or hardware sector is desirable.
• Reliable, honest, and customer-oriented.
