CREW MANNING SUPERVISOR

Location: Lae Based

Requirements:

• Diploma in Office Administration, HR Management, or a similar field from a recognized institution.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar role, or three to four years of experience as a Crew Manning Officer.
• Possess good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office and use of MS Forms, Teams, etc.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong personal values.
• Able to work collaboratively.
• Sound understanding of PNG Labour Law, maritime/NMSA regulations.
• Leadership experience or the potential to lead and supervise a team.
