Bismark Maritime Limited is looking for a qualified individual to fill in below position.

Position: CREWING OFFICER (LAE)

Brief Job Description:

The Crewing Officer will provide support to the Crewing Department’s day-to-day activities with the objective of ensuring the vessels are fully manned with qualified seafarers.

Requirements:

• With proven experience in Crewing or worked previously as Crewing Officer
• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Certificate of any business related or human resource courses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have good English communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to handle and with high tolerance in dealing different types of personalities
• Self-motivated and excellent work ethic
• Can work on-call and beyond normal working hours
• Flexible in a fast paced working environment
• Must be residing in Lae
