CRM Manager

(Not the database-only kind — the one who turns customers into long-term relationships)

Location: Head Office, Port Moresby

This role sits at the centre of that thinking. It’s about knowing our customers, understanding their journeys, and making sure PNG Motors shows up consistently, professionally, and intelligently at every touchpoint — including where most first enquiries now start: social media.

What Youll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for managing and improving PNG Motors’ CRM systems and customer engagement processes across the business, with a strong focus on leads generated through social media and digital channels.

That includes overseeing how Facebook, Instagram, website, and campaign leads flow into the CRM, how they are allocated to branches and sales teams, and how follow-up is tracked and measured. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales to ensure no leads fall through the cracks and that response times, contact rates, and conversion performance are visible and improving.

Beyond lead management, you’ll oversee customer data quality, segmentation, reporting, and the design of customer journeys from first enquiry through to sale, service, and retention. You’ll analyse performance, identify gaps, and help teams adjust behaviour and processes based on real data.

This role is part strategy, part execution. The system matters — but discipline matters more.

Who This Suits

This role suits someone who understands CRM as a commercial tool, not just a system. You’re structured, analytical, and comfortable working across marketing and sales teams. You understand how digital leads behave differently from walk-ins and know how to design follow-up processes that actually work.

You’re confident setting standards, patient enough to drive adoption, and firm enough to hold teams accountable. Experience managing CRM platforms, digital lead funnels, or sales operations in a multi-branch environment is strongly preferred.

If you think posting ads is enough without proper follow-up, this won’t be the right role.
