Job Description:

We are seeking a male candidate based in Lae with a bachelor’s degree, who is willing to travel locally to support our sales team through customer identification and coordination. This role is essential for collecting field data and connecting potential clients with our internal team, without direct involvement in commercial dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit field locations to identify potential customers and collect contact details.
- Identify the right person in the customer’s organization for business communication.
- Report all findings to the central sales team for follow-up.
- Help schedule meetings or calls between customers and our sales staff.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company information, strategies, and client data.

Restrictions:

- Candidate will not provide quotations, discuss pricing, or close deals.
- This is to avoid risks such as:
- Side deals or unauthorized agreements.
- Leakage of business strategies to outsiders or competitors.
- Staff using internal insights to launch competing businesses.

Ideal Profile:

- Trustworthy and discreet.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Able to travel frequently within Lae and nearby areas.
- Basic sales awareness is a plus but not mandatory.
