About the Role:

Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Customer Service Manager to lead their Customer Service Department in delivering exceptional service to their customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead in delivering exceptional service and maintain smooth operational processes.
  • Manage and maintain customer data accuracy in BASE JDE, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Oversee customer account setups, pricing updates, and distribution agreements.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resolving issues promptly.
  • Guide and support Customer Service Officers, promoting skill enhancement and outstanding performance.
  • Plan and implement training programs for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (BASE JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Highly motivated, confident, and results-driven.
  • Professional and fair, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
