Customer Service Manager
TotalEnergies Marketing Asia‑Pacific Middle East Pte. Ltd. – PNG Affiliate is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Manager, based in Port Moresby.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee the Customer Service function to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Customer Service team in line with business and operational requirements.
- Ensure customer orders are processed in accordance with company procedures and SAP requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply to support operational performance.
- Monitor service performance, manage escalations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience, including proven supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated people management and leadership capability.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- SAP knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
