Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing rent-a-car team in Lae. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from booking to vehicle return.


Key Responsibilities

-Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth

-Handle reservations, vehicle pick-ups, and returns efficiently

-Provide clear information on rental agreements, insurance, and vehicle features

-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly

-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred)

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
