Data Analyst – Manufacturing & Engineering

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and self-driven Data Analyst to join its Operations, Risk & Corporate Services Department. This role is based in Lae and will report to the General Manager Operations, Risk & Corporate Services.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Manufacturing and Engineering team by systematically collecting, consolidating and analyzing operational data to improve decision making. The key focus of the role will be on manufacturing and engineering performance metrics to identify trends, improve equipment reliability and optimize manufacturing efficiency.

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar role in an FMCG, manufacturing or engineering company
• Tertiary Qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Must be highly organized, able to work with minimal supervision and submit reports on time
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Strong team player
• Computer literate in MS Office Applications
