What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data across sales, fleet, service, parts, and operations to support smarter decision-making across the business. That includes building reports and dashboards, identifying trends and gaps, and translating complex data into insights that senior leaders and managers can actually use.

You’ll work closely with sales, finance, marketing, operations, and senior management to answer real questions — performance by branch, product trends, margin movement, forecasting accuracy, customer behaviour, and operational efficiency. Some requests will be urgent. Others will require deeper analysis and clear explanation.

Accuracy matters. So does clarity. Your job isn’t just to produce numbers, but to make sure the story behind them is understood.

Who This Suits

This role suits someone who is analytical, structured, and curious. You’re comfortable working with large datasets, confident using analytical tools, and able to explain insights without hiding behind technical language.

You pay attention to detail, but you don’t lose sight of the bigger picture. You’re proactive, reliable, and disciplined — if a report is due, it’s delivered. If something doesn’t look right, you question it.

Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, finance, or operations is important, but mindset matters just as much. If you like solving problems and helping others make better decisions, you’ll do well here.
