About the Role:
This senior role sits within the credit risk function and leads analytics for collections and recoveries. You will drive portfolio insights, optimise recovery strategies, and support business decision-making through data-led intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead collections portfolio analytics and segmentation.
  • Develop and refine recovery strategies using data insights.
  • Monitor credit performance and early warning indicators.
  • Deliver automated reporting and actionable insights.
  • Support decision-making through data visualisation.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Promote analytics best practices and standardisation.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Degree in STEM, finance, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience in financial services.
  • Strong background in credit risk or collections analytics.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, SAS, or similar tools.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and modelling.
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
  • Understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle.
