Position Title: Debtors Clerk

Overview

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Debtors Clerk to manage customer accounts and ensure accurate, timely collection of payments across our dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process invoices for service, parts, and vehicle sales.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare customer statements and maintain accurate debtor records.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month‑end reporting.
- Work with Service, Parts, and Sales teams to resolve billing queries

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping.
- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Confident communicator with good customer‑service abilities.
- Able to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Automotive industry or dealership billing experience an advantage
