What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our new Demi Chef De Partie Chef you’ll support the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in your section. You’ll take ownership of your work, maintain the highest food safety standards, and contribute ideas to enhance our menu offerings.!

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assist in the preparation and production of dishes to the restaurant’s standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie in running your designated section efficiently.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP and company policies.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory control.
• Maintain personal hygiene

What we need from you

• 3 years of work experience
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food hygiene
• Good time-management skills
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
