The Company


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Investment Department, supporting the development and execution of investment frameworks and strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and optimise portfolio returns within approved risk parameters.
• Oversee Investment Committee operations, monitor asset performance, and manage service provider relationships.
• Provide leadership across investment, property, and legal functions, including workforce planning, staff evaluation, and succession planning.
• Develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support strategic investment outcomes.
• Champion effective recordkeeping and reporting practices.
• Uphold health and safety standards across all investment-related activities, including property holdings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; post-graduate qualifications such as CFA or CA/CPA are an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in investment management roles, preferably within superannuation, banking, or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple asset classes or specialist portfolios.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts, capital markets, and economic trends.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Advanced planning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
