Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Diesel Fuel Injection Pump Technician to join our expert team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diesel injection pumps (including rotary, in-line, and common rail systems), a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work with specialized diagnostic and calibration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, rebuild, and calibrate diesel fuel injection pumps and injectors
• Disassemble and clean pump components using ultrasonic and mechanical cleaning systems
• Operate test benches (e.g., Hartridge, Bosch) for performance verification
• Diagnose issues with diesel fuel systems using precision tools and software
• Maintain accurate service records and follow manufacturer specifications
• Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors or clients
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience working on diesel injection pumps (Bosch, Stanadyne, Delphi, etc.)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Familiarity with pump test bench operation and calibration procedures
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Certification in diesel mechanics or relevant trade preferred
• Ability to work with both management and staff efficiently
• Ability to train existing staff
• Valid driver’s license
