Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing and Video Content Specialist, you will focus on creating high-quality video content to enhance brand engagement. Your responsibilities include managing digital content creation, updating and optimizing all social media platforms, and ensuring accurate stock updates on the website. You will work closely with the graphic design team to develop visually compelling video-driven marketing campaigns. From short social media clips to full-scale promotional videos, your work will be instrumental in driving audience engagement and brand awareness.

Job Interactions:

This role interacts with both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include Fone Haus, Trophy Haus and the larger Namba Wan Trophy Limited (NWTL) Group of Companies. External stakeholders include suppliers and printing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality video content to enhance brand engagement across digital platforms.
• Operate and maintain video production equipment.
• Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns using software such as CapCut and After Effects.
• Manage and update digital content across all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and optimization.
• Collaborate with the creative and CX teams to develop visually compelling, video-driven marketing campaigns.
• Produce a variety of video formats, from short-form social media clips to full-scale promotional videos.
• Monitor and analyze digital content performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience operating cameras and video equipment.
• Ability to shoot, frame, and compose visually engaging content.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with web content management and social media publishing tools.
• Ability to create engaging content across text, images, and video.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement strategies.
