Digital Media Operator (1–2 people)

We are looking for a creative and passionate digital media operator responsible for managing Baosen’s short video content and operations on platforms such as WeChat Video Channel, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook, linkedin.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short videos to enhance brand influence;
2. Develop content strategies based on different platform features to attract target audiences;
3. Regularly analyze video data, optimize content direction, and improve account exposure and interaction with followers;
4. Follow digital media trends, find hot topics, and keep content creative and attractive;
5. Work with the team to complete other tasks related to digital media operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in digital media preferred;
2. Sharp sense of media trends, able to quickly capture hot topics and turn them into quality content;
3. Skilled in short video shooting and editing, able to handle the full process from planning to publishing;
4. Having successful social media account operation cases is preferred;
5. Good communication and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent execution ability.
