Baosen International Holdings Limited is a leading property developer currently undertaking one of Papua New Guinea's landmark mixed-use developments, comprising a modern Commercial Shopping Centre and Residential Apartment Complex in Port Moresby.

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and experienced Digital Social Media Operator to join our Sales and Marketing Department and help showcase the progress of our exciting development through engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating engaging short-form video content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Writing compelling captions and marketing content to accompany videos and promotional posts.
• Producing regular updates highlighting the construction progress of the company's commercial and residential developments.
• Capturing high-quality photos and videos from project sites.
• Editing videos using professional editing software for social media marketing.
• Managing the company's social media accounts and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Supporting the Sales and Marketing Team by generating online enquiries and increasing brand awareness.
• Monitoring social media engagement and preparing monthly performance reports.
• Ensuring all published content reflects the company's professional image and branding standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experiencemanaging social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated experience creating engaging short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent English writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap-cut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Photo-shop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.
• Knowledge of social media analytic, online advertising, and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
