Job Title: Driver/ Administration Assistant

MTIS PNG Limited, a leading provider of specialized industrial products and engineering services, is seeking a reliable Driver/ Administration Assistant to join our team in Motukea, Port Moresby. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Transport, Administration Support for MTIS PNG Limited.
• Assist operations teams with enquiries, as well as deliveries and collections.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Plan routes and meets schedules efficiently.
• Will be required to conduct staff pickup and drop off.
• Assisting with loading / unloading when required.
• Maintain accurate trip records if needed.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform weekly Light Vehicle Service Check and ensure that vehicles are in clean condition, both inside and outside.
• Follow up on safety sticker renewal and registrations.
• Update monthly mileage records and provide service check data to supervisor for weekly/monthly operations reporting; and
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

Required Minimum Education: Grade 12/10 with relevant experience

Required Minimum Experience: 3 years of previous experience in a similar driver role/administrative role with a current class 6 driver's license.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral English language skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet management deadlines.
• Punctual, honest, and well-mannered.
• Physically fit and responsible.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Proficiency of Ms Word, Excel and outlook required.
• Proven driving experience.
• Beneficial to provide recent Medical and Police Clearance once shortlisted for the interview.

Desirable:

• Certified Forklift Operator (optional)
• Ability to work flexible hours

Salary:

Based on experience and qualifications

Location:

111 Napa Napa Rd, Motukea, Port Moresby.

Transport provided to and from work via a pick -up point.
