Job Title: Driver / IT Support Assistant

Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Driver with a basic IT background to support daily logistics and assist with office IT tasks. The main responsibility is to handle company deliveries and vehicle-related duties. However, during non-delivery hours, the role will support the IT team with basic troubleshooting and computer-related assistance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Driving & Logistics

• Perform daily pick-up and delivery of goods, equipment, and documents.
• Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and regularly serviced.
• Adhere to all road safety and company driving policies.
• Maintain delivery records and ensure timely completion of assigned routes.

IT Support Assistance

• Provide basic PC troubleshooting (e.g., software installation, printer setup, LAN/Wi-Fi connection checks).
• Assist in moving, setting up, or labeling IT equipment.
• Support inventory tagging and documentation of IT assets.
• Help with routine IT maintenance tasks under supervision of the IT team

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate or diploma in Information Technology is an advantage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in driving (corporate or logistics setting preferred).
• Basic knowledge of computers, printers, and network setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple IT issues (hardware and software).
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate-weight equipment.
• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy with company property.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to client sites.
