We are a major construction company based in Lae, Morobe Province delivering major infrastructure and building projects across Papua New Guinea. We're looking for highly organized and proactive Drivers to join our fleet operations and ensure smooth movement of equipment, materials, and personnel across project sites.

Reporting to the Transport Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for providing transport services to all internal and external clients of Hornibrook NGI.

What You'll Do

• Ensure materials, machinery, and personnel arrive safely and on time.
• Maintain transport records and compliance requirements.
• Support site operations.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of Grade 12 or better
• Should have at least 3 years work experience in similar role, preferably experiences light & heavy vehicle or Machineries
• Possess a valid PNG Class 4 & 6 driver’s licence can operate Auto & Manual Transmittal
• Be of sober habits, possess excellent work ethics and be able to work extra hours, as and when required
• Must have good communication, organisational and time management skills;
• Should provide a copy of current police clearance;
• Should be able to demonstrate good workmanship team work and safety cautious, especially in heavy truck operation
