Job summary:

The Stanley Hotel and Suites is seeking professional and service-oriented Drivers to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for the safe and punctual transportation of our hotel guests, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring compliance with safety and hotel operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport.
• Coordinate with Concierge for guest arrival and departure schedules.
• Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all hotel vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage, messages, deliveries, and errands as required.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel driving and safety policies.
• Uphold the hotel's brand culture: “Simply the Best” – the best way of working and living as a community.

Requirements:

• Valid PNG Class 6 Driver’s License (Manual & Automatic).
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in the hospitality or customer service sector.
• Sound knowledge of Port Moresby roads and locations.
• High level of professionalism, punctuality, and personal grooming.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and vehicle maintenance.
