Position Summary:

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations within the bar and gaming areas, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and gaming sections
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations
• Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
• Monitor gaming activities to ensure fairness and compliance
• Enforce responsible gaming and alcohol service policies
• Conduct staff training and development
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Prepare reports on sales, incidents, and operational issues

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in bar and gaming environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of licensing laws and health & safety regulations
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and long hours
