We currently have an immediate vacancy for a Electrician who will be assigned to keep production and manufacturing equipment (s) running efficiently to meet the required production plans, at the Flour Mill plant. Responsible for shift coverage, handling the daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, which also involves troubleshooting Electrical/PLC/Automation/Process problems, and repair and maintain existing production equipment’s.

Responsibilities:

• Making Safety Work and Hygiene practises as a daily HABBIT at Workplace
• Drive “Teamwork” practice in our working environment.
• Execution of the Planned Maintenance Work Order Cycle Process (Preventative & Corrective Maintenance) – On time in Full
• Required to monitor/Cover production lines as per overall production plans

KEY COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE:

• Technical/Functional Competencies Qualifications, (eg. Tertiary, trade):
• Minimum Grade 12 High School Certificate
• NCII, NCIII, Trade Certificate
• w/ or w/o Electrical License

Technical Skills, (Motor Control, Basic PLC understanding, Electrical wiring under AS3000)

• Deep understanding with motor control --
• Possess good electrical troubleshooting skills --
• Able to work under pressure even in holidays or weekend. Responsible enough, --
• Can understand basic principle of PLC

Experience (Technical and Behavioural)

• Previous experience as Industrial Electrician in food manufacturing set-up
• Ability to manage the job and meet the deadline
• Responsible, Punctual and Reliable
• Possess honesty all the time
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated success in a similar level position within the FMCG industries.
