The Role
This pivotal role involves developing and improving the emergency preparedness organization. You will prepare and maintain emergency preparedness plans, conduct trainings, and ensure the continuous availability of emergency response resources. You will champion best practices in emergency response and crisis management, all while ensuring operations align with the client`s requirements and regulations.
Main duties include:
- Contribute to developing and improving the company's Emergency Preparedness organization.
- Prepare and maintain Emergency Preparedness Plans.
- Conduct trainings and raise awareness for personnel involved in Emergency Response and Crisis Management.
- Ensure the continuous availability of Emergency Response resources and the readiness of the Emergency Response Rooms.
- Participate in the elaboration of periodic Emergency Response Exercises at various scales.
- Maintain the On-Duty Officer process, including the procedure, planning, and induction.
- Experience with implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System (IMS).
- A university degree in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the Oil and Gas, Mining, or Construction domain.
- Knowledge of operational exposure and internal/external HSE standards and regulations applicable to the operations.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Good communication skills.
