Summary

The Employee Services Supervisor oversees daily HR support operations and ensures smooth coordination of employee-related services, including benefits administration, timekeeping, and employee inquiries. This role requires strong ERP knowledge to monitor and review employee data, synchronize working hours with team members, and provide timely reports to management.

This position requires occasional travel (3-4 times per year) for training, HR meetings, and company-wide events.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate remote employee services, ensuring efficient HR operations.
  • Monitor and review employee records, attendance, and payroll entries within the ERP system to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ISO standards.
  • Sync up working hours with remote team members to ensure seamless collaboration and availability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for remote employees regarding HR policies, payroll queries, and workplace concerns.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and assist new hires with ERP system access and company policy understanding.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on employee services performance, attendance trends, and HR compliance.
  • Support engagement initiatives such as online training, wellness programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and IT teams to ensure remote employees have access to necessary HR tools and systems.
  • Travel for training, ERP system upgrades, and HR strategy meetings (3-4 times per year).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR services, employee relations, or HR administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) with hands-on experience managing HR modules.
  • Ability to monitor, review, and analyze employee records and HR data within the ERP system.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide effective remote employee support.
  • Ability to sync up working hours across different time zones and ensure smooth coordination with the team.
  • Experience in HRIS, payroll management, and digital employee engagement tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in employee records.
  • Ability to generate timely reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
  • Willingness to travel for training and strategic HR meetings.
