Hebou Constructions (PNG) Limited is a tier-one, family-owned civil engineering contractor. We have been operating in Papua New Guinea for over 50 years and is proud of its history and its reputation within the Country.

Hebou Construction Ltd is expanding its project teams and is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our dynamic workforce. We are inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:

1. Project Engineers
2. Civil Engineers
3. Site Engineers

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in civil construction projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or other related field
• Strong understanding of project planning, site supervision, quality control, and construction standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Assist the Financial Controller/Senior Accountant with financial period end reports
• Must be a team player with strong problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities.

• Oversee and manage civil construction works according to project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Prepare reports, monitor progress, and support project delivery
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams
• Construction Industry experience would be preferred but not necessary
• Provide engineering support to achieve project targets
