URGENT VACANCY – EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

Location: Port Moresby, NCD

Baosen International Holdings Limited / Guorun Group (PNG) Limited is seeking an experienced, reliable and safety-conscious Excavator Operator to join our construction operations in Port Moresby.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years’ proven excavator operating experience
  • Valid PNG Heavy Equipment/Operator licence or relevant competency certification
  • Experience in commercial building, civil construction, earthmoving, excavation and trenchingpreferred
  • Ability to safely operate excavators of different sizes
  • Good knowledge of daily pre-start inspections and basic equipment care
  • Strong understanding of construction-site safety requirements
  • Reliable attendance, good work discipline and ability to follow instructions
  • Physically fit and able to work on an active construction site
  • PNG nationals are strongly encouraged to apply

MAIN DUTIES

• Safely operate excavators according to site requirements
  • Excavation, trenching, earthmoving and material handling
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and report equipment defects
  • Maintain safe working distances around workers and other machinery
  • Follow site instructions, work plans and safety procedures
  • Assist the construction team when required
  • Maintain the excavator in a clean and serviceable condition
