About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a Group Executive Committee Member. In this dynamic role, you will not only be the driving force behind the efficient operation of the executive’s office but will also be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the executive’s schedule, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings and engagements
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Handle correspondence and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee office operations, expense claims, and document management
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders preferred
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
