About the Role:

The Voice Inc is a dynamic Papua New Guinean development organisation that supports individuals and groups to progress positive change in their nation, communities and in public and social policy. TVI has been operating for over 18 years and supported thousands of young people, groups and organisations across all provinces

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to set direction, drive performance, and translate vision into actionable results across complex programs and teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee financial, human resources, and risk management systems to deliver accountability, efficiency, and impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with government, donors, and community networks to advance shared goals.
  • Financial Sustainability: Lead fundraising and resource mobilisation initiatives to strengthen long-term organisational resilience.
  • People & Culture: Inspire teams, promote collaboration, and embed a values-driven, high-performance culture.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in development studies, Public Policy, Business, Education, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of senior management experience within the development, civil society, or social impact sectors, demonstrating strong strategic and operational leadership.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with senior management and boards to shape long-term strategy, and uphold best-practice governance and compliance standards.
  • Skilled in financial oversight, risk management, and donor compliance, with a strong understanding of sustainability and resource mobilisation.
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams and nurturing a values-driven, collaborative culture.
  • Excellent communication and public engagement skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and represent the organisation’s mission nationally and internationally.
  • Strategic, ethical, and visionary committed to empowering people and driving transformative change across Papua New Guinea.
