About the Role
We are seeking qualified and experienced Exploration Geologists to join our teams at mining site in Milne Bay Papua New Guinea. This role will support mineral exploration through geological fieldwork, sampling, data interpretation and the assessment of mineral prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on project requirements, duties may include:
- Conduct geological mapping, field investigations and sampling to identify and assess mineral prospects.
- Record geological features, mineralisation and sample locations accurately.
- Support the planning and implementation of exploration programmes, including drilling activities.
- Undertake geological logging of drill core and other samples.
- Maintain accurate sample labelling, tracking and quality assurance and quality control records.
- Compile and interpret geological, sampling and drilling data to support exploration decisions.
- Prepare geological reports, maps and recommendations for further investigation.
- Work closely with geologists, drilling crews and other site personnel.
- Follow site health, safety and environmental procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant diploma or degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in mineral exploration or mining-related geological work.
- Sound knowledge of exploration methods, geological mapping, sampling and data interpretation.
- Strong analytical, observation and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field-based environment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible environmental practices.
