About the Role
These are exciting opportunities for experienced Facilities & Operations Managers to join a high-performing team and play a key role in overseeing property operations, maintenance activities, and site management across multiple locations.
Working closely with senior management, the successful candidates will oversee daily facilities operations, coordinate maintenance activities, supervise contractors and site teams, and ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards of safety, presentation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities and operational activities across multiple properties and sites
- Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and maintenance requirements
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and operational disruptions
- Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and resources to support operational activities
- Review and approve maintenance reports, inspection checklists, and work orders
- Ensure all maintenance and operational documentation is accurate and submitted on time
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure service delivery meets company expectations
- Troubleshoot operational and maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
- Provide regular operational updates and reports to senior management
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained at all times
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and property standards
- 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management, operations, property management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, construction site operations, and property management practices
- Trade qualification or demonstrated hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams and contractors
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports, schedules, and operational documentation
- Proven ability to coordinate operational activities and meet deadlines
