The Opportunity:

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee property, construction, and fleet operations. The role plays a vital part in maintaining safe, functional, and well-managed facilities that support the organisation’s mission and values. The Role:

The Facilities and Vehicles Manager is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of building maintenance, construction projects, and vehicle fleet management. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, managing resources and budgets responsibly, and supporting the wider operational goals of the organisation. The role also involves setting Christian standards in the workplace, leading by example, and fostering a culture of prayer, reflection, mentorship and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all property maintenance, construction, and fleet operations.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of projects across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and internal standards.
  • Manage contractor relationships, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Promote and lead spiritual development through prayer meetings and biblical reflection.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities, construction, or fleet management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A demonstrated commitment to Christian values and spiritual leadership in the workplace.
