KutMor Limited is a nationally owned landowner company that services the Oil & Gas Industry in the Kutubu and Moran areas in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate for the FM Planner role within our Operations Support Department. This position is based in Kutubu, Southern Highlands Province and reports directly to the Facility Maintenance Coordinator. The role operates on a 4 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off rotation.

Facility Maintenance Planner

Job Summary

The Facility Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities across all facilities to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of camp infrastructure, utilities, and equipment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize maintenance tasks to maximize operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for all camp and facility infrastructure.
• Coordinate and prioritize work orders with maintenance teams and supervisors.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed on time.
• Monitor maintenance inventory, materials usage, and related costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
• Ensure compliance with client systems, procedures, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management planner, or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination, preferably in a camp or operational facility environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of SAP systems will be an advantage.
• Computer literate with basic skills in Outlook, MS Excel and word
• Works well in a multi-cultural environment as a team player
