FARM MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a practical and reliable Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a mixed farm in Morobe Province. The role suits someone hands-on, organised, and comfortable managing both livestock and small crop activities.

FARM OPERATIONS

• Cattle
• Pigs
• Goats
• Horses
• Small crops

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall daily management of farm operations
• Supervision and coordination of farm staff
• Livestock care, feeding, health, and welfare
• Basic farm maintenance and infrastructure oversight
• Record keeping and simple reporting
• Ensuring farm activities run safely and efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3+ years farm management or supervisory experience
• Experience with livestock (cattle and pigs preferred)
• Practical, hands-on work ethic
• Ability to manage staff and work independently
• Good communication and basic reporting skills
