Position Overview:

As a Service Technician, you'll be the front-line representative of our company, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining safety equipment and systems. You’ll work directly with our clients to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in a variety of Drager Safety equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and service tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their issues, provide clear explanations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair and maintenance.
• Electrician: Certified Licenced PNG Electrician (Preferred)
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Customer Service: A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Certifications: PNG
• Experience: Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
