To optimize workflow and drive strategic outcomes, our client is seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

The Role

In collaboration with the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for producing accurate data insights to drive strategic business decisions in support of the marketing and sales functions of the business.

Main duties include:

• Drive business process improvements and manage as defined by the Finance Manager.
• Assist Management in setting, analyzing, controlling, and updating all operating targets, objectives, plans, and budgets. Propose recommendations for improvements and opportunities for further development to enhance performance (e.g., Commercial Spending Productivity).
• Oversee the governance cycle for the company, including Strategic and Annual Plans, with a focus on marketing agendas.
• Lead projects related to Marketing initiatives.
• Ensure conceptual consistency and governance of changes to management information systems within the company (e.g., Excellent Outlet Execution in Fulcrum, market share, commercial assets like fridges).
• Monitor projects by selecting critical action plans, reviewing results, recommending corrective actions, and contributing to team efforts by achieving related results.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related fields; (Post Graduate Degree/MBA preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in managing self, influencing peers and superiors, and leading to achieve results.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
