Job Purpose
To assume the position of Fleet Coordinator and provide support to the Finance Team for invoicing and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Assist Operations Supervisor.
- Compiles all dockets Pickup and Delivery daily for invoicing purposes.
- Registered all daily moves in the daily register spreadsheet.
- Arrange for Purchase of Parts for approval as per comparison quotes from suppliers.
- Disturbing of new docket books once finished.
- Pickup and Delivery dockets and run sheets for each vehicle.
- Arrange and maintain time sheets for Operations team.
- Serves as reliever when Supervisor is on leave or not available.
- Attend to other admin related tasks the Supervisor may assign.
Finance
- Assist in compiling data for invoicing.
- Assist in Fleet monitoring and maintenance recording.
- Support for collections and customer follow ups.
- Assist with client visitation.
- Assist with competitor cartage price monitoring.
- Assist CAL/CSL Lae Team when required.
Education and Training
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Finance preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4-5 years' experience in trucking operations.
- Fit and healthy - MC required.
- Experience in Shipping or Logistics is an advantage
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to stick to time constraints.

- Confident individual with a positive working attitude.
- A fast learner to web systems application and able to meet required datelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
