We are currently looking for a dedicated Fleet Officer to optimize our fleet, enhance operational efficiency, and keep us on the road to success!
FLEET OFFICER
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our fleet is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our Financial services and resources reach their destinations smoothly. As our Fleet Officer, you will play a vital role in managing our vehicles, supporting operational efficiency, and driving cost-effective solutions to keep us moving forward.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Fleet Optimization
- Oversee vehicle scheduling, usage, and availability to maximize efficiency.
Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained, serviced, and safe for use, meeting regulatory standards.
Data & Reporting
- Track and analyze fleet performance, preparing insightful reports to inform decision-making.
Compliance & Documentation
- Keep all records up to date, from maintenance logs to compliance certificates.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOUR BACKGROUND
- Recognized technical certificate in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related Trade course in Fleet/Vehicle Management and Maintenance.
- Valid Driver's license is a plus
- 5 years or more work experience in Fleet preventive maintenance within a fast-paced work environment
- Able to lead a team of Drivers
- Perform end of month reporting
- Experience in working with a Team of people without losing focus on delivering to Fleet Maintenance KPIs and deliverables.
- Experience is GPS tracking, dasbcams monitoring and reporting
- Relevant work experience and exposure to Fleet and Preventative Maintenance
