• Delivering warm, professional and memorable dining experiences
• Welcoming guests and anticipating their needs
• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, safety and presentation standards
• Reporting safety, maintenance and stock concerns promptly
• Working closely with colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Representing the Crowne Plaza and IHG brands with pride

What we need from you

• Completed secondary education
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, high energy and a natural passion for hospitality
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
• Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Room to belong, grow and make a difference
