Position Title: Forklift Operator cum De-Palletizer

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator cum De-Palletizer to support production and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safe material handling, can feeding to production lines, and effective inventory movement within the factory while ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, stack, and transport materials within the factory and storage areas
• Feed cans to production line conveyors and support de-palletizing operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tallying, FIFO implementation, and cycle counts
• Report shortages, damages, and quality-related issues promptly to supervisors
• Conduct daily forklift inspections, basic cleaning, and minor maintenance checks
• Ensure forklifts, charging stations, and work zones are kept clean and orderly
• Comply with safety, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP requirements at all times
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum secondary level education
• Valid forklift operator licence or certification
• Proven forklift operating experience
• Ability to read and understand labels, batch numbers, and safety instructions
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Good police conduct
