Position

We’re seeking to recruit a results-driven and professional Front End Loader for our Port Moresby office. The Front End Loader is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Loader to load, transport, stockpile, and move materials while ensuring equipment is maintained in good working condition and all work is carried out in accordance with company safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Front End Loader safely and efficiently.
• Load, move, and stockpile materials such as gravel, sand, soil, and waste materials.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure equipment is operated in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the loader.
• Assist with site preparation, earthmoving, and material handling activities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site management.
• Complete daily equipment checklists and operational records.
• Ensure work areas are kept safe and free from hazards.
• Help with other jobs assigned within the Department and Company

Qualifications & Experiences

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification or higher.
• Valid Front End Loader operator Licence.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience operating Front End Loaders.
• Experience working in construction, maintenance, or industrial environments.
