The opportunity:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join their operations team. The hotel provides a variety of guest accommodations, dining options, and recreational facilities, including a pool. It is known for its modern dining, casual bars, and is a popular location for events. It serves both business and leisure Travelers, offering a comfortable and safe place to stay. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front desk team, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to ensure outstanding guest service.
  • Manage room inventory and pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
    Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Monitor and manage the front office budget, ensuring cost control and financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of communication and services.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on front office performance, including occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Key requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in front office management or a related guest-facing role.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software is highly desirable.
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
